Jo’s Homeful coaching approach helps professionals to flourish. A professor and senior research leader with over 20 years’ experience in the higher education sector in the UK and a research focus on social housing and homelessness, she has experience of coaching academics, researchers and those working in the housing and homeless charity sector. She qualified as a coach in 2019 after studying for the Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Coaching; and received her accreditation with the Association for Coaching in early 2020.

As a practicing researcher, Jo naturally enjoys listening and asking questions to help unlock deeper reflection and understanding of who we are and what makes us feel ‘at home’ in order to reach meaningful goals. She particularly enjoys working with women looking to amplify their career in the higher education sector and to people who work in social housing and homelessness who feel ‘stuck’ or are looking to regain their purpose.
